Newbie from Dubai

Hi Guys,

I am new in this forum and to whole real estate world! I have a fixed goal to conquer this totally new world to me named "real estate investing" and will appreciate any guidance from experienced people like YOU.
I am reading all the possible info I can get including Rich Dad edition, tips, info on forums and etc which usually contradicts to one another which I guess is normal due to different strategies. However I feel like there are much more to learn before I start,,, I know that you never learn before you start anyway :)
If anyone can advice me on the reliable books, websites, programs i can use in order to get on the right track i would highly appreciate.
