Newish to REI from Corona, CA
Hello everyone,
My name is Ryley Marble. I live in Corona, CA about an hour south east of LA. I currently own a two on a lot property where I live in one house and rent the other out. I have had a bad tenants previously and now (thank goodness) some great tenants! I would love to invest in more rentals with a buy and hold strategy.
