Good morning everyone,

New to the community here and eager to get familiar with the site. I am somewhat of a newbie to REI...about 4.5 years ago I inherited a rental property thus my experience is limited. I attended OU in the early 90's and left after graduation for a short while but came back and have lived here since 1998.
