Hello,

I'm a teacher/coach in the Peoria area.  I'm currently trying to educate myself before pulling the trigger on a single family home rental.  I absolutely love teaching/coaching, but I really desire a second income/challenge to work towards.  I've been eyeing the market for a couple years now.  This site has been a fantastic resource and I look forward to learning more!
