New Investor, coming soon to Richmond, VA
Hi BP, my name is Chris Clark. I am currently an accountant in NoVA for a large homebuilder. My wife and I are planning on moving to Richmond in July 2016. We have a daughter who is almost one now and my mindset and goals of real estate investing have completely changed. As I have really no real estate experience, I am currently reading several books to try to build up knowledge, particularly on long term buy-and-hold income properties. I'm looking to build up long term wealth that can benefit me and my family and eventually be passed down through the generations. I have already reached out to several people in the BP community but I thought I would introduce myself to community! Thanks for all the support and great information provided here by everyone. It's so wonderful to have a place to come to where people are supportive, provide great feedback and seem to be generally interested in promoting this business as a whole.
