Hello! New investor from Arkansas!
Hello All,
My name is Alex Clifton. I am originally from Fort Smith Arkansas, but I currently reside in Bryant, Ar which is 15 mins outside of Little Rock, Ar.
I feel as if I have a crave for investing in real estate. I enjoy learning about it everyday and have decided to join bigger pockets for the amount of knowledge you can retrieve from it. The networking is just a major PLUS. I have been lurking in the background; reading, studying, and making analytical excel spreadsheets from the info provided here and decided I needed to join so I can learn more and give back to the bigger pockets community.
Short-term goals are to gain my Real Estate Agent License. Obtain 10 multi-family properties, within my criteria, each year for the next 3 years. Complete at least 4 flips within the next year. Also, market my business to point of being able to achieve these goals.
I have an LLC that I am currently trying to market. I have business cards, logo, website in development, and all the social media pages under construction as well. I have sent out 186 targeted post cards and have not generated a single call from those yet. Its been 4 days since I received the one I sent to myself out of the batch of 186. I'm going to try the hand written letters next.
Anyways, that's me. I hope to meet more people then I could imagine on here and generate a network of brilliant investors to bounce ideas off of and possibly do JV's with too.
