New investor looking to make first purchase in Seattle

Hi BP!

I've been living in the Seattle area for a year after growing up on the East Coast (mostly Pennsylvania and NYC). I am currently looking to make my first investment. My hope is to start with a 2 bedroom in Seattle for around 250k, eventually moving up to multifamily units outside of Seattle. Excited to meet folks and talk about the Seattle market!

It might be tough to local deals that cash flow here, but Jay Hinrichs might be able to steer you in the right direction.
