San Antonio Meetup
Hello, I am a newbie on BP and I probably don't know where to start. I'm looking for a mentor to learn the business of REI by shadowing. I first got interested in REI after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad a couple months ago. I've dibbled and dabbled into trading stocks since I'm almost finished with my financed degree. I am really eager and hungry for knowledge on how to make my first deal.
I'm leaning towards investment in owner occupied duplex, investments under 30k to build my portfolio and gain cash to turn around and eventually become a Multifamily investor. The podcasts have been extremely helpful. Any experienced investor that doesn't mind someone to shadow them, I would like to meet.
I'm also interested in going to REI meet ups. Any suggestions?
