Savannah Ga newbie!
Hi everyone. My name is Rob and I am a helicopter pilot currently stationed at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah. I am retiring from active duty army after the new year and would love to start investing in the area. I currently have a rental property in Rincon (Effingham) and am looking to build some experience. My main interest is flipping with little to no money down and possibly wholesaling. Also looking to go to some productive REI meetings in the area.
