My name is George Ouzounian, I'm a 30 years old realtor in the Los Angeles area. I've been a realtor for a year and half now. I have a background in mortgages, loan modifications and short sales.
I have been reading books, listing to podcasts and researching about investing in real estate for a while now but haven't really done any projects yet.
