Savannah GA wholesale newbie!

My name is Lee Gloyd and I currently reside in Savannah, Georgia, looking to network and learn the ropes of closing wholesale deals and investing in properties in the area. I've read many posts on the site and I'm at the point where I'm ready to take action. I would like to either work for another seasoned wholesaler/investor, or perhaps joint-venture so I can learn exactly how to talk with sellers and close deals. I understand the marketing aspect, but it's actually negotiating and learning exit strategies that I feel I need the most help with. I'm eager to take action immediately and get started in wholesaling as soon as possible, and I look forward to networking and learning from the pros! Thanks to everyone in advance who reaches out to be of assistance!

What are you going to wholesale? Rehab/flip houses or just property? I am a wholesaler and deal with primarily unimproved land.  We have done the rehab/flip house deal and found we make WAY more money with land. And I can do this with properties all over the country! Might be a large rural property or a smaller city infill lot.

 Thanks @Jill DeWit for reaching out to me. I am looking to wholesale residential properties, but I'm open to exploring other types of properties to expand my knowledge overall. I would like to work with you if indeed I do come into contact with a property that meets your criteria. There's a lot of vacant land down here being that Savannah is surrounded by rural areas, so this sounds like it could be a great opportunity.  I look forward to working together in the future.

I am in Savannah as well and would love to start investing in some cash flow properties. I am thinking more of holding and making my money slowly off the rent.
