Hey All, Thanks For A Great Place To Learn
I have followed this forum for years on and off. As an REO/SS NJ Realtor with access to all NJ MLS sites, I have been helping investors all over the state make some serious coin. I gotta be honest, lately I have been getting jealous and want to put some of that quid in my pocket too. I see enough room in may of my REO deals for an investor and I to make great cashflow. I am looking to hop off the fence and proactively get involved in the investing side and am seeking some NJ investors to build long standing partnerships with.
