New Member in Maryland

Hello Everyone,

My spouse and I are currently rental property investors in Central Maryland. A few years ago, we purchased some residential lots in South Carolina with the intention of building new homes on the property.

The time has come for us to begin to fulfill that dream.  We are in the beginning stages of researching general contractors, construction loans, etc....  in moving forward.

I hope that this site can help us in realizing our dream come true.
