My name is Kevin Renaud from central Massachusetts. I've been in IT for longer than I care to remember. Been a homeowner since the early 90's and got a lot of excavating & site prep experience. Been an active stock, options & futures trader for about 10 years now looking to change focus to RE. I got my salesman's lic (expd) while in college but never really did anything with it. Always been fascinated by RE but unfortunately my own misconceptions kept from taking action. BP has opened my eyes to the possibilities! I'm primarily interested in MF rentals & notes and have been trying to learn as much as possible. I'm looking forward to a long & fruitful relationship with the BP community. Thanks!
