Quick Introduction
Hi Everyone,
This is Sadashiva Yelluru from San Ramon, California.
I have an investment property in silicon valley area, which has given me some exposure
to real estate investment. Primary investment focus so far has been in stock market. I am
looking at a) diversifying from stock investment to real estate and b) identifying better
areas for buy and hold real estate investment for passive income. Anyone familiar with
silicon valley/San Francisco area knows that this is not the place for cash flow investment!
Recently signed up to BiggerPockets and I am truly impressed with the wealth of information. Have read many blogs and listened to several podcasts, I am sure to listen multiple times as there is so much information.
Looking forward to interacting with as many of you as possible in the coming days.
