First time landlord new to bp
Hello all. My name is Helen Vann. I live 30 minutes north of Charlotte, NC. My husband and I purchased our first investment property In June. We did some repairs, tiled the kitchen and bathrooms, and painted. We found tenants who moved in August first. We had some bumps along the way but we're both glad we finally did it. I'm excited to have found BP. I have been learning new things everyday. I'm excited to find another property soon and I feel more confident with all the knowledge at my fingertips with all of you.
