looking for property in Milwaukee

Hello, I am fairly new to BP. I am looking to build a team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I live in LA and go to Milwaukee occasionally, but will mostly be doing this remotely.

I am looking to buy rental property (duplex, triplex or 4plex) Larger units ok, but not more than 8 units. I need a property management company among others.

I would like to know the best zip codes to buy rental property. I am basically a cash buyer.
