Hello everyone,

I am new to the site, and my name is Terri. I am a registered nurse by trade and invest in real estate for my retirement. I have two rental properties and just sold my first flip. I live in a suburb north of Dallas and the market is red hot here. As soon as the flip closes I'll be looking for my next flip.
