My name is Jamie gaymon, and I am just starting out as a real estate investor in Richmond.
I decided to get involved with real estate after the passing of a close family member. The ensuing confusion surrounding a piece of real estate included in his will showed me how great a need there is for professionals i nthis business to help people through difficult times.
My primary focus is wholesaling, but really I look to meet the needs of my clients first. My partner is a licensed realtor, so in terms of real estate, there aren't many situations we aren't able to provide a solution for.
My primary goal in real estate is to be a full time investor-this is something that I see myself doing for the long term. I would like to be a full time investor by my birthday of April 16, but definitely no later than December of next year.
