Figured Id take a a quick second to introduce myself to the Bigger Pocket community.

Reside in Fort Laduerdale, FL with extensive back ground in capital markets investing. Stocks, bonds, options and futures. Work as a full time investment manager who is branching into REI.

Focus for me regarding REI is primarily on single family rehab and resale. I am however interested in revenue generating/cash flow deals if they make sense. Either single family or mulit unit. On the multi unit front I somewhat lean toward 1/1 in triplex or higher form.

At this stage I have funding ready to deploy but am building a network and team of RE agents and GC's.  I will have GC's running my projects daily but will be involved on all planning stages.  Feel free to reach out and connect.  Always better to make money with others.
