My name is Alan Quach, I am the co-owner and operator of Urban Asset Group. We are a boutique real estate investment firm founded in 2013, and based in Los Angeles, CA. We have numerous fix-and-flip projects under our belt and have recently begun adding ground-up residential construction projects to our portfolio. Our past areas of operation have included many of the North East districts of Los Angeles, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Echo Park, to name a few; and we are quickly expanding west into the hills and coastal communities. Our goal as a firm, is to eventually expand our operations and develop vibrant and robust urban communities spanning the western U.S. My goal in joining the BiggerPockets community is to connect with seasoned industry professionals and investors to share and exchange knowledge, experiences and opportunities in real estate investing.
