Exploring Investing in Real Estate

Hello everyone,

I have had two rental properties that I acquired by chance some years ago. One is a SFR residence that brings in a modest monthly income, and the other is a small commercial building that actually brings in a very nice monthly income. It wasn't until recently that I have decided on exploring this as a serious business opportunity.
