Hey! I am new to this forum. I live in Las Vegas and invest in residential property. I am passionate about real estate investing! I hope to learn from the expertise of those on BP and will contribute my knowledge when I can. Please reach out to me if you are an investor in Las Vegas! I have a soft spot for hard money lenders and straight loans. They both gave me my start in real estate. Thanks for having me!!
