Just getting started... From Johnston, Iowa
Super excited to be a part of this community! I have been involved in real estate in several ways since 1995. First in construction, then as a community banker for 16 years and most recently as a full-time realtor for a little over 2 years. I have been heavily involved in raising capital through banks, capital markets and private placements. I have managed balance sheets, liquidity and regulatory responses. At one point was part of a small team managing a $20MM bank owned portfolio(great experience but never want to do that again!) I have also been involved in farm land management helping my family manage 250+ acres of family farm land including planning for, building and maintaining 40 acres of CRP and wetlands. I have built and remodeled a few homes for myself over the past 17 years. The one thing I have wanted to do for 20 years, but never pulled the trigger on has been personally investing in real estate. I am excited to learn and grow with the help of this community. I plan to buy my first property this year.
