Hello everyone! I'm Chris Strokes and I recently joined bigger pockets to help me ramp up my investing knowledge. I have a couple properties that I have been holding for over 10 years and have set a goal of doing a few more deals in the upcoming year. I really would like something with cash flow so I'm thinking of focusing on multi-family/apartments.
