Looking for Financing - secured with Farmland
Hello- I am a Real Estate investor/Broker in Columbus Ohio. I have access to several SOLID deals over the next 90 days. I am trying to maximize my ability to purchase as many of the deals as possible. I am looking for an investor who would like to loan money that is secured by 200 acres of farmland. For the investor- this investment is about as secure a deal that you could possible find. My company is also financially stable and has several other transactions currently working all in Columbus Ohio.
