Currently still working full time while building my investment portfolio, but have a dynamic action plan, growing portfolio and experiences, and can see the day when I will be investing full time.
Have been interested in investing for many years. Have an investment back ground as an investor in many asset classes not just real estate. Had the opportunity to begin as a part-time investor back in 2005 and most recent investment 2014 with a property not far from my current residence. I am involved with expanding my reach through working with other active investors, investor groups, and passive investors through creative financing opportunities. Currently, in the residential market, but am making plans for expanding into more to more advanced and larger transactions and commercial opportunities.
