Investor in West Los Angeles (Santa Monica, Venice)
Hello BP community!
I am a new real estate investor in the West LA area! By trade I was an aerospace engineer. I resigned from my job in Washington D.C. a few months ago, and moved to LA to focus full-time on real estate investing.
My plan is to wholesale in this area, and once I build up enough capital, invest in cash-flowing real estate in other markets where I can get a decent ROI. I realize LA is a very competitive market, but I love to persevere in tough environments and I look forward to the challenge!
Looking to connect with local investors who know the LA market well! I love working with people, and I have loaded my schedule up with local REIA meetings in the area. I am open to representing deals that you have at these meetings if you are looking for someone that is energetic and personable, who can connect local buyers to deals you have across the country.
My belief systems are based on Tony Robbin's principles, and I am guided in the real estate world by my mentor Matt Theriault of the EPIC REI podcast!
