A friend got me to buy, repair, and rent a mobile (manufactured) home. That has turned out well for me. I would like to do more mobile homes, but the are hard to find in my area. Also interested in houses to flip or keep and rent. Not sure how to do the money on those. Interested in foreclosure, auction, and other discount property.
