Hi Everyone,

My name is Justin and I'm from a little province in Canada called New Brunswick. I have only recently started investing in real estate after a long awaited trial period my fiancé has agreed to partake take in with me on my begging wish. We have recently bought a large shop from family and have begun turning it into a 2 unit apartment. We've decided to only finish one side at a time due to her wanting to have a new kitchen at the same time as our rental project is going on and the fear of running out of money on both if we have them both going at the same time. I will hopefully keep this project update with some numbers in the future but for now it has only just begun. I am a very ambitious real estate investor and have done a lot of research on every kind of deal and analyzed quite a few potential deals that would be great to acquire. Their is many great cities in New Brunswick with a lot of universities and a lot of potential for large profits. That being said I always welcome new investors and friends to help coach me and provide any assistance that I will need to achieve my dream of skin edgy having that 8 figure real estate portfolio.
