Investor in Pennsylvania
I am here to learn by reading about other people's success and failures in the hopes of reducing my own failures and maximizing my potential for success. Presently I buy hold and rent several houses in emerging markets and speculate on several developed 1/2 acre plots in established developments near the bay in south west Flordia. I am part time. I like many people have million dollar ideas rolling around in my head but, haven't got the business plan or local team to develop them.
