SFR and Multifamily investing
Started investing in houses for long term hold, while I was an engineering supervisor in 1980. Have also done wholesaling and rehab and flip. Went full time in 2009 with membership in Rich Club, Lifestyles Unlimited, Wealth Club, Cash flow Depot. Moved on to commercial with membership in Diamond Law Firm, Mentor Financial Group, and Commercial Real Estate Academy. I own 17 rental houses in Houston. Real estate broker and owner of Columbia Real Estate. Always looking for private money. Looking for guidance in large multifamily projects. My days are 5:30 AM to 10 PM.
