Hello BP! 

The site is a wealth of information. I've been busy trying to read up and learn. It looks like I could get stuck in paralysis by analysis. 

I have some work ahead. Slowly trying to figure out what areas locally might be good for SFR or small multifamily investments

Also the podcast is great! Cheers
