New Investors from Jersey City

Hi All,

So glad to have found this site, it is amazing!  

I live in Jersey City and my partner @Brian Jackson and I have just started our flipping business.  I'm the number cruncher and he's been a PM and GC for the past 15 years working on commercial/residential and restaurant builds/fixes.  We have a real estate lawyer, accountant and a slew of subcontractors that my partner works with daily.    We are currently looking to build our team with real estate agents (buyers and sellers) who work specifically in Union city, Jersey city and Weehawken.  We are also looking for hard money lenders and overall networking with other investors who deal with flips.
