Hello I'm Mike. My wife and I are just getting started in the real estate investment business, mainly buy & hold. Might consider a flip here & there. We are from Oklahoma City and own our house we live in. Currently had our 1st offer accepted on a house to buy, and have 2 more offers we are waiting to hear back on. Biggest reason we are here is to educate ourselves more on this topic. Thanks,
