Hi! My name is Vernon. I am a married father of 3 (2 boys, 1 girl). I presently work for Homeland Security. I am interested in improving my families fortunes and legacy through real estate investment. Presently, No money, Poor credit. I can't let that stop me though. I am here to pick the brains of some of you "Bigger Pockets Gurus". I want to learn as much as mentally possible. I am eager to learn and eager to listen. Any suggestions to where I need to start? Presently, I plan to join one of the local REIA, Bigger Pockets.com (done), and finding me a mentor that is willing to share knowledge. Thanks!
