Hello, BiggerPockets Community,

I am a new real estate agent currently working with REMAX in the Bergen/Essex counties in New Jersey!

I would like to work primarily with investors or what attempt to be what you may call an "investors agent". I will be on the lookout for distressed properties and am willing to help seasoned investors find deals for FREE! I am also willing to scrub toilets and paint walls as long as you are willing to teach me :)! I just want to learn from the ground up so if you're interested in helping out a newbie please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Welcome to BiggerPockets, @David Choi

Brandon Turner writes a ton of articles for BiggerPockets. You will see his name everywhere - for good reason.

He wrote this article about being an investor agent. It is worth its weight in gold, so I highly recommend you check it out.

Another way to meet investors is to attend the meetups. I'm sure there are a bunch in your area. They are designed to help bring people together, not necessarily for agents to farm, but it never hurts to have some cards ready to hand out should someone ask.
