New guy in South Florida
Hello all, my name is Austin Mayo and I am a 29-year-old sales manager at a car dealership in Delray Beach, Fl. I have recently decided I want to try my hand at real estate investing and am currently scouring the internet to find every piece of information possible to assist me. I am in the process of building my investment strategy and searching for my very first investment property! My goal is to be able to transition to a profession that I am truly passionate about, be my own boss, and secure a passive stream of income for the future. I'm hoping to gain some great insight on investing here, and hopefully meet some new friends along the way!
