Hello BiggerPockets community, my name is jason i am 35 and i live in metro Atlanta. I have been involved with a successful residential contracting firm for 10 years now and i find myself on an employment plateau. I make a decent living and for the most part i enjoy the work i do (sales, project management, and some skilled labor). but with no room left for further advancement it is obvious to me that this company is not my vehicle to financial security let alone independence.
I love to fix up houses and make money so real estate investing is extremely intriguing to me. I have limited experience in the real estate industry. I have been the contractor for dozens of investment deals but had no exposure to the big picture. i recently attended my first investment training seminar and i am hooked. i am hear to learn everything i can about real estate investment.
