Hello BP world my name is Carrie Flynn. I have been investing in real estate for over three years. I came across BP awhile ago and have mostly been active by listening to podcasts and a few webinars. I'm posting in the introductions because I never "officially" introduced myself when I first subscribed. My husband and I currently own (2) 6 family apartment buildings in the St. Louis area. We have been successful in adding value to these units, decreasing expenses and increasing cash flow. Our goal is to acquire more units, larger properties. We have used our own money to get this far but going forward we will be focusing on syndication, seller financing and or a combination of the two. I am looking forward to networking with the members and contributing to posts.
