Hi all,

My name is Tyler and I am currently looking for someone in the area to discuss Real Estate investing with. Particularly fix and hold and lease ready investing. 

I am 23 years and I currently work in the real estate lending industry as an Analyst for a known commercial lender. I have tried closing on a couple different units in the area but have fallen through during due diligence because of inspection reports. I
