[Arielle Gutierrez]

My name is Arielle Gutierrez and right now I'm an IT and Financial Business Analyst/Project Manager for a large alcohol retailer. 

I genuinely enjoy learning new things , directing my own workload, and contributing to the greater good . 

I'm one of those oddballs that gets a kick out of hard work and sweat equity.   Some days I sit in my cubicle and watch the construction workers across the street with envy because they are moving, thinking, and building something tangible.  However, in the long run a job is a job and I'm working to build cash flow.  

I haven't done any deals yet because I'm not quite sure how pull all the moving pieces together. I joined Bigger Pockets to seek out the professionals that have that wisdom and to join a community to ask questions and return the favor to newbies as I gain experience.

Welcome to BP! If it makes you feel any better I am also a newbie from the Baltimore area. Not sure if you have listen to any of them already but the podcasts are an awesome way to learn while your commuting or running errands.
