Hello BP,

I have been reading the forums and listening to podcasts for months and figured it was time to jump in.

I currently have one property that has fluctuated from a primary residence to a rental over the last 10 years (unfortunately purchased near the peak). We have recently transitioned it to a rental once again and am looking to build the portfolio.

I am looking forward to continue the learning through BP. Thank you for all the support provided.
