Help with finding lender for owner finance
My current home is being foreclosed and my landlord says everything is ok because he is going to file for bankruptcy but after researching into it he is just thinking about short saying it to me. I've been here for 4 years now and would hate to leave. I'm hoping to find a lender who will help do a owner finance loan for me. Any help is appreciated and hopefully this would be a new start for me to get into the investing world of real estate.
