What to do with land
I own 2.5 acres free and clear, except for the annual taxes of course... But I'm wondering if any gurus out there know or have any ideas as to what I should do with it to make the most profit from it?? I was thinking about placing one of those modular homes on it that look like a real house and not a mobile home? Could I make more if I did this? Or would it even be worth it after the added cost of the modular home? Currently there's nothing but weeds... Any ideas how I can make money from land I already own is appreciated!
