i spent the past 20+ years in corporate America.  My company was just acquired - my options vested - so I'm taking this opportunity to rebalance my life and work for myself.  I've got a 2 year runway to generate positive cash flow projections.

Joining a small CRE firm here in Atlanta - solid support structure.

Looking forward to learning!

hey James

Yes - I'm going to be an agent in their office.  Really small firm - 5 agents including the broker.

My biggest concern is building my network - any suggestions?
