Hello from Oakville, Ontario!
Hello all, good to be here and excited to see what comes of it. I am just a young guy - 21 year old university student - looking to get into the real estate note business. I have seen some products on television and on the net that look like the usual infomercial fluff, I want hard facts and to develop a business strategy for the brokering (middle-manning) of real estate notes.
I have a plethora of questions on mmind, but I'll save this post for my intro.
Looking forward to getting some good advice and networking with some industry professionals. Thanks in advance to all that will help me in the future.
