New Member In the DMV!
Hello BP,
My wife and I are starting our first business in addition to our day jobs by renting our starter home out and moving into Maryland closer to DC. Eventually we'd like to expand to other buy and hold properties. We're beginning the process of renting out our VA home so any advice on how to build up from here feel free to share!
