Hi all,

I just joined BiggerPockets and hope to learn from and network with many of you.  I am new to real estate investing and am torn between all the options.

I negotiate contracts for a living in the healthcare space and hope to bring some of that background to this venture.  Cautious by nature, I am trying to ease myself into real estate. My interest is to flip properties, but the idea of building a cash flow business  and my limited time due to work commitments, makes rental properties appealing as well.

The only experience I have in this space is my personal residence. I am "somewhat" handy - depending on who you ask. I enjoy buildings, repairing things and hope that this business will help me feel more connected with my community.
