Hello! I am excited to find this site! I was introduced to Bigger Pockets from another forum and decided to check it out. Well, here I am!
Although still actively licensed since 1998, I left the real estate profession in 2007 for another career.
As I approach retirement, I would like to learn more of the current market and investment opportunities.
I'm sure the market has changed since 2007:) Knowledge and information will be of great help to me. I didn't know where to begin re-educating myself with selling; the current housing industry, foreclosures, investments and so on.
I'm not ready I feel to "hang my hat" with my current job. So this community is perfect for me as I embark once again in the real estate industry.
